This policy explains what data the Be Active Controller app ("the app") collects, why, and what you can do about it. The app is developed and operated by Auto-Kristal ltd. ("we", "us"), which is the data controller.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and a password. We never see your password.
• Profile details: information you choose to enter in the app, such as a name.
• Activity data: activity information you allow the app to access, such as calories burned.
• Basic device details: such as your phone's platform (iOS or Android).

Health and activity data

The app accesses activity data only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time in your phone's settings. We never sell this data or use it for advertising.

Why we use it

We use your data only to provide the app's features to you and to keep your account working across devices. We process it to provide the service you asked for (performance of a contract). Health and activity data is processed only with your explicit consent.

Where it is stored

Data is stored securely with a trusted cloud provider in the European Union, which processes it only on our behalf. Some data is kept only on your device.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account in the app at any time, which permanently deletes your data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict its processing. Contact us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
